To solve this issue you should enable DEP (Data Execution Prevention) for essential Windows programs and services only:
Step 1.
Click with the right mouse button on the 'Computer' link on your desktop and select the 'Properties' item
Step 2.
Select the 'Advanced system settings' item.
Step 3.
Go to the 'Advanced' tab and click the 'Settings' button in the 'Performance' section.
Step 4.
Go to the 'Data Execution Prevention' tab, select the first item ('Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only'), and click Ok.
Step 5.
Click Ok in the 'System Properties' window and close the 'System' window.
Step 6.
Restart operating system.
Step 7.
Start MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal.
