Based in Chicago, ODL Securities Inc offers trading services in foreign exchange on behalf of clients from the Americas. We are registered with the Commodity and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and are a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). The office is run by Brian King who has many years experience in servicing the trading needs of clients from the Americas.
ODL Group is a leading, independent FOREX, derivatives, equity and commodity trading house.
Headquartered in London with offices in USA, Japan, Canada and Monaco, ODL has over 200 staff globally and clients from over 100 countries. The Company offers Retail, Institutional, IB and White Label clients an integrated approach to trading diverse financial products. This is done via state of the art, automated trading platforms and risk management systems. The Group companies now trade under the names ODL Markets in the UK (for retail business) and ODL Capital (for institutional business); ODL Monaco SAM; and ODL Securities Japan. It also has a corporate finance division specialising in the mining and oil sectors.
Established in 1994
Originally founded in 1994 as an Options House with just 28 staff, ODL Securities Limited received a capital injection from new shareholders in 2004 and a new senior management team was appointed. Since then, a wide range of enhancements have been implemented across all areas of the business, and new products introduced. The company now has over 200 staff worldwide. This has resulted in strong and profitable growth (Between FY 04-06 ODL achieved a 277% increase in turnover from £6.23m to £23.47m (approx $47m) and, in the same period, profit before tax increased more than six fold from £1.13 to £7.05m (approx $14m). Further growth in 2007 is anticipated.

In the USA, ODL Securities Inc is registered with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and is a member of the National Futures Association. As a market maker in the UK, ODL Securities Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member firm of the London Stock Exchange and NYSE Euronext.LIFFE. It is also a designated broker and a member of APCIMS. In Japan it is regulated by the Japanese Financial Services Agency. In Monaco it is authorised and regulated in the Principality of Monaco.
