If you decide to make a deposit using this method please ensure that your bank quotes both your full name and ODL account code - this will help us to identify your payment once it reaches our account.

Please note that cheques will go through the normal bank clearing system, so may take 6 days to clear. In order for the payment to be allocated to your account efficiently please remember to place your ODL account number on the back of the cheque.

Making a Withdrawal
FX & CFD Accounts
To withdraw funds from your account, log in to MyFXCM with your Trading Station II log-in. Then select "Withdraw Funds" from the main menu navigation.
Spread Betting Accounts
To withdraw funds from your account, log in to MyFXCM with your Trading Station II log-in. Then select "Withdraw Funds" from the main menu navigation.
Equities, Futures, and Options Accounts
E-mail clientliaison@odls.com with the following details:
- ODL Account number
- Amount to Withdraw
- Your bank details
In order to protect all parties against fraud, ODL will, in most circumstances, only pay funds back to the source of the original deposit. If you funded your account by debit or credit card, we will pay funds back to that card – you will normally receive the credit on your account within three business days.
In some exceptional circumstances, we may pay some or all of the funds to your bank account. In these cases, we may request documentation additional to any already provided, before any payment can be made. This may include a copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill. We will contact you if this is the case.
We will confirm the payment method to you by an email sent to the email address in our records, so you will know when the payment is processed and when to expect the funds.
Please remember that we will be unable to make bank transfers when there is a bank holiday local to the bank used to hold deposits in each of our base currencies offered to our customers.
